Who handles the request

Subscriptions presented on Ontario IPTV are sold and supported by IPTV Services. The two brands have the same owner. This page explains the commercial conditions of the IPTV Services refund policy for an order placed through ontarioiptv.io.

The subscription is a digital service, so there is no physical item to ship back. A request is reviewed under the conditions below; it is not an automatic approval or an unconditional refund promise. This commercial policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.

When to contact support

Contact support within 7 days from the purchase of a new subscription. The period starts with purchase, not the first viewing session, activation or the day you install a player. The rule applies to new 1-, 3-, 6-, 12- and 24-month subscriptions.

Support must first have the opportunity to examine the problem and help you. The policy allows one refund per customer. Keep the receipt, order reference and relevant support messages so the team can review the request.

What the commercial policy excludes

The refund policy does not cover:

  • renewals or upgrades of an existing subscription;
  • problems caused by your Internet connection, its speed or blocking by your Internet service provider;
  • inability to configure a device or player app;
  • occasional buffering or minor channel downtime.

A separately purchased player-app licence or activation is between you and that developer or app store. Any refund for that separate purchase follows its provider’s rules. Support can still help you describe a problem even when it falls outside this subscription refund policy.

Three steps for a review

  1. Contact support before the deadline. Use email, WhatsApp or the shared chat and say you are asking for a refund review.
  2. Include the relevant order details. Give the order reference, purchase date, order email, device, player and a clear description of the problem. Explain which support checks you have tried. Do not send passwords, full playlist links, card numbers or security codes.
  3. Follow the support response. The team checks the order and policy conditions, may suggest troubleshooting and communicates its decision. Preparing or sending an enquiry does not mean a refund has been approved.

After a refund is approved

An approved refund returns to the original payment method. The stated processing period is 3–5 business days after approval. Your payment provider or bank determines when the credit appears in its own account display.

If you need an update on an approved refund, reply to the existing support conversation with the order reference and approval date. Keep the same request together rather than placing another subscription order.

Useful checks before a purchase

Confirm your device and compatible player, the number of simultaneous streams and the exact channel or title that matters to you. Compare the full prepaid USD total for your chosen duration, rather than only an equivalent monthly figure.

The 24-hour free-trial request prepares a message without a card. Support confirms availability and provides the details; preparing a draft does not activate access. A trial request and the refund policy for a paid subscription are separate journeys.
